De La Rosa & Co. needed a strong identity to break away from its larger New York-based competitors. In 2009, the California-based municipal finance firm celebrated 20 years of service to communities across the state by creating a scholarship program at high schools from the Sierras to the seashore. Today, the DLR rose logo is almost as recognized in the world of public education as in banking circles.
